Open ended surveying allows you to stay in constant contact with your customers. Every time your customer makes a purchase, receives a service, or comes into your store or office they can be presented with a survey to share their experience. Each month you’ll receive a report from me analyzing the results of those monthly surveys, allowing you to act quickly to your customer’s feedback. This service also includes an annual report that will summarize findings for the entire calendar year.
Contracts are for 12 months
$250 is due upon booking the service
$75/mth will be paid until the end of the 12-month period (if you choose to cancel this service you will not be billed for the remaining months, however, you will not receive an annual report).
**A discount of approximately 10% can be offered for those who pay all 12 months up front ($950), however, if choose to cancel your service you will be ineligible for any refunds.
**At the end of the 12 month period you may chose to continue your contract - if you renew your contract you will simply continue paying $75/mth. or $900 if you choose to pay up front.
